collected in the County Clerk's office in Kerr County, for the month ending August 31st, 1954,
in the amount of X175.00, which a.~rount has beer collected arrd deposited with the County Treas-
urer. It appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved;
therefore by motion made by Powell, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the Court
and ordered filed by the County Clerk.

pense report of Jno. R. Leavell, County Judge of Kerr County, for the month of August 1y54,
showing an actual and necessary expense of X3.00 for postal-e ste_:cps. It appearing to the Court
that said report is true ar.d correct and should be approved; therefore by motion made by Powell
seconded by Gutr:rie and unanimously approved by the Court, that such expenditure be approved. ^

E. E. Nichols, Tax Assessor & Collector of Kerr County, Texas, for the month ending August 31st
1954, sho:+ing an actual and necessary expense of 596.85 incurred by him in the conduct of his
office during said month; and it appearing tc the Court that said report is true and correct
and should be approved. Therefore, by motion made by Powell, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously
approved by the Court for such expenditures indicated therein.
