Tr.is the 13th. day of September 1954, came on to be examined by the Court the monthly report
of Virgil Parsons, City-County Sanitarian of Kerr County, covering his activities and expense
report for the month of August 1954. It appearing to the Court that said reports should be
approved and a voucher issued for the balance of mileage for month and miscellaneous expense
in the amount X38.34 out of General Fund. Therefore by motion made by Powell, seconded by
Guthrie and unanimously approved by the Court, that such erp~nditure be alloyed.

N0. 6?04 REPORT OF DEPOSITS ATdD COLLECTIONS OF PUBLIC WEIGHER, FRECIT.CT 1
This the 13th day of September 1954, came on to he considered by the Court, the monthly
report of deposits and collections of Albert 'Nilson, Public Weigher of Kerr County Precinct 1,
showing an aggregate of X133.63 collected for the month of August 1954, and it appearing to the
Court that said report is true and correct and should be spproved; trat the City of Kerrville
should be reimbursedyfor one-half of the overcollection of ~33.63> which world be in the amount
of X16.81 due the City of Kerrville, payable out of General Fund of Kerr County. Therefore,
by rr.otion made by Powell, seconded by Guthrie and wlanimously approved by the Court that the
said report be approved and the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to reimburse the City
of Kerrville for one-half of the overcollection of ~w33.63, being X16.81 payable out of General

and deposits made by Oliver Moore, Sheriff of Kerr County Texas, covering all fees and mileage
fee collected by him in the performance of his duties in said office for the month of August
deposited with County Treasurer in the General Fund.

ions and deposits as submitted are true and correct, and should be approved; therefore by
motion made by Powell, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the Court that report

On this the 13th day of September 1954, came on to be examined by the Court the report of
Charles J. Rees, County Clark of Kerr County, for 96 hours of transcribing Delayed Birth Cer-
tificates Prom August 10th to September 13th, 1954, at seventy-five cents per hour. By motion
made by Bartel, seconded by Goff that X72.00 be paid Charles J. Rees, County Clerk, out of
General Fund oP Kerr County, by voucher properly drawn against the County Treasurer
