Tr_is tT:e 13th day of September 1954, came on to be examined by the Court tY.e monthly report
of Virgil Parsons, City-County Sanitarian of Kerr County, covering his activities and expense
report for the month of August 1954. It appearing to the Court that said reports should be
approved and a voucher issued for the balance of mileage for month and miscellaneous expense
in the amount $38.34 out of General Fund. Therefore by motion made by Powell, seconded by
Guthrie and unanimously approved by the Court, that such erpanditure be allowed.

This the 13th day of September 1954, came on to he considered by the Court, the montY.ly
report of deposits and collections of Albert 'Nilson, Public Weigher of Kerr County Precinct 1,
showing an aggregate of X133.63 collected for the month of August 1954, and it appearing to the
Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved; trat the City of Kerrville
should be reimbursed,fer one-half of the overcollection of X33.63, which world be in the amount
of X16.81 due the City of Kerrville, payable out of General Fund of Kerr County. Therefore,
by motion made by Powell, seconded by Guthrie and unanitr~ously approved by the Court that the
said report be approved and the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to reimburse the City
of Kerrville for one-half of the overcollection of X33.63, being x`16.81 payable out of General
F`xnd .

fee collected by him in the performance of his duties in said office for the month of August
deposited with County Treasurer in the General Fund.

Charles J, Rees, County Clerk of Kerr County, for 96 hours of transcribing Delayed Birth Cer-
tificates from August 10th to September 13th, 1954, at seventy-five cants per hour. By motion
made by Bartel, seconded by Goff that X72.00 be paid Charles J. Rees, County Clerk, out oP
General Fund of Kerr County, by voucher properly drawn against the County Treasurer. Unanimous-
ly carried.
