report for the month of August 1954. It appearing to the Court that said reports should be
approved and a voucher issued for the balance of mileage for month and miscellaneous expense
ir. the amount X38.34 out of General Fund. Therefore by motion made by Powell, seconded by
Guthrie and unanimously approved by the Court, that suc$', expenditure be allowed.

This the 13tr day of September 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the monthly
report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher of Kerr County Precinct 1,
showing an aggregate of $133.63 collected for the month of August 1954, and it appearing to the
Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved; that the City of Kerrville
should be reimbursed4for one-half of the overcollection of $33.63,~~r~ich wotad be in the amount
of ,16.81 due the City of Kerrville, payable out of General Fund of Kerr County. Therefore,
by motion. made by Powell, seconded by Guthrie and unanirriously approved by the Court that the
said report be approved and the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to reimburse the City
of Kerrville for one-half of the overcollection of ~w33.63, being X16.81 payable out of General
Fund.

On this the 13th day of September 1954, came on to be examined by the Court the report of
Charles J. Rees, County Clerk of Kerr County, for 96 hours of transcribing Delayed Birth Cer-
tificates from August 10th to September 13th, 1954, at seventy-five cents per hour. By motion
made by Bartel, seconded by Goff that X72.00 be paid Charles J. Rees, County Clerk, out oP
General Fund of Kerr County, by voucher properly drawn against the County Treasurer. Unanimous-
ly carried.
