On this the 17th day of September A. D• 1954, cams on to be heard the application of R. H.
I i HOLEKAb4P and wife, PATSY GENE HOLE'KAIv:P, of Kerrville, Kerr County Texas, for the approval of
a plat, field notes and dedication of a subdivision situated adjecent to the City of Kerrville,
Kerr County Texas, and being known as the Holekamp Subdivision of the Re-plat o£ Sites 10 and
13 of Rees Subdivision, and after considering the seine, it appearing to the Court that said
subdivision dedicated and field net es thereof meet ~rvith the requirements of law, it is ti;ere-
fore ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that said subdivision known as replat of Sites
10 and 13, Rees Subdivision to the City of Kerrville, be admitted tc record and the County Clerk
is hereby directed to record the same in the Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas. It is further
ordered that this order be spread upon the Minutes of the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County,
Texas.

entitled thereto.

N0. 6715 PETITION BY CHAS. E. `uVYATT TO ID.FROVE AND FLACK-TOP RCY STREET IN PRE(IP~CT N0. 1
This the 17th day cf September 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the petition
filed by Charles E. 'JJyatt and 33 other citizens, that Kerr County improve and black-top Roy
Street, beginning at State Hithway #16 to the property owned by W. J, Jnnas. And it is agreed
that should the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County Texas, decide to improve and black-top said
road, that they and each one will grant an easement or right-of-way deed to the County of Kerr
for the purpose of building said road, shruld it ue necessary to ~++iden or move same, without
cost to the County; said road not to be less than thirty feet in width. Petition referred to
Commissioner Guthrie, Precinct No. 1, to improve and black-top Roy Street.
