HOLEKAMP and wife, PATSY GENE HOLE'KAN:P, of Kerrville, Kerr County Texas, for the approval of a plat, field notes and dedication of a subdivision situated adjacent to the City of Kerrville, Kerr County Texas, and being known as the Holekamp Subdivision of the Re-plat of Sites 10 and 13 of Rees Subdivision, and after considering the same, it appearing to the Court that said subdivision dedicated and field notes thereof meet vrith the requirements of law, it is there- fore ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that said subdivision known as replat of Sites 10 and 13, Rees Subdivision tc the City of Kerrville, be admitted to record and the County Clerk is hereby directed to record the samie in the Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas. And it is agreed that should the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County Texas, decide to improve and black-top said road, that they and each one will grant an easement or right-of-vvay deed tc the County of Kerr for the purpose of huilding said road, should it ue necessary to widen or move same, without cost to tiie Cnunt,y; said road not to be lass than thirty feet in width.
