On this the 17th day of September A. D. 1954, came on to be heard the application of R. H.
~I HOLEKAIt9P and wife, PATSY GENE HOLi,'F{AN:P, of Kerrville, Kerr County Texas, for the approval of
a plat, field notes and dedication of a subdivision situated adjacent to the City of Kerrville,
Kerr County Texas, and being known as the Holekamp Subdivision of the Re-plat of Sites 10 and
13 of Rees Subdivision, and after considering the same, it appearing to the Court t}rat said
subdivision dedicated and field notes thereof meet with the requirements of law, it is there-
fare ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that said subdivision known as replat of Sites
10 and 13, Rees Subdivision tc the City of Kerrville, be admitted to record and the County Clerk
is hereby directed to record the same in the Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas. It is further
ordered that this order be spread upon the Minutes of the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County,
Texas.

This the 17th day of September 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the petition
filed by Charles E. 'uVyatt and 33 other citizens, that Kerr County improve and black-top Roy
Street, beginning at State HiE_,hway #16 to the property owned by W. J. Jonas. And it is agreed
that should the Commissioners' Court of Kerr G^.unty Texas, decide to improve and black-top said
road, that they and each one will grant an casement or right-of-way deed to the County of Kerr
for the purpose of huildi_ng said road, should it be necessary to widen or move same, without
cost to tine County; said road not to be lass than thirty feet in width. Petition referred to
Commissioner Guthrie, Precinct No. 1, to improve and black-top Roy Street.

BE IT KN04SN THAT I, Allan Shivers, Governor of the State of Texas,do hereby order a General
Election to be held throughout the State of Texas on TUESDAY NEXT AFTER THE FIRST MONDAY IN
NOVEI!1PER A.P. 1954, same being the SECOND DAY OF NOVED~ZBER, A. D. 1954; and notice thereof is
hereby given to the people as recuired by Article 24, Chapter 4, of the Election Code of Texas
(Article 4.01, Vern en's Annotated Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas); and the County
Judge of each county is directed to cause said election to be held at each precinct in the County
at such time and for the folldwing Lurposes:
