On triis day came on to be heard the el.pl~cation of Robert Lee P.Zosty and Phil S1 ayze for
a recommendation by the Corunissioners' Court of au application to the State Soil Conservation
Board for Federal Planning- Assistance for PJatershed Protection on Verde Creek in Kerr County
Texas; and after due consideration thereof, it is ordered, adjudged and decreed that t::e making
of said application be, and tree same is hereby recommended by this court, for Verde Creek and
for any other waterst:ed in Kerr County Texas; and it is further ordered that such recommendation
be signed by Judge Jno. R. Leavell, the presiding officer of this court on behalf of the entire
court.

On this the 27th day of September came on to be examined the claims of Hob Butler, carpen-
ter, and S. Td. Sones, painter, for repairing and painting windows and doors of Court House; pay-
able out of Kerr County Permanent Improvement Fund; and account of Landon Fzlmer for black-topp
ing Peterson Drive and Roy Street, in the amount of X1595.00, payable out of Lateral Road and
Bridge No. 1. By motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Poi.^i ell and unanimously approved by the
court that the same be approved for payment.

N0. 672o ORDER AUTHORIZING TERRACING COTdTRACTS PERTAINING TO PRECINCTS NOS. 3 & 4.
This the 27th day of September A. D. 1954, after motion made by Bartel, seconded by Goff
and unanimously approved by the Court that the applications executed by H. C. Hardin and Joe
Fitch, Precinct #4; and of Arthur Allerkamp, Precinct No. 3, be approved and contract entered
into, by and between Commissioners Precincts Nos. 3 and 4 and aforementioned parties, as per
contract on file.
