By motion made by Powell, seconded by Bartel and unani- mously approved by the Court that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw vouchers agaicist the County Treasury on claims filed in like amounts therefor, pays ble out of General Fund, to the parties entitled thereto. o-n-o-o-o-o-o N0. 6722 ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF RAUSCHER, FIERCE & CO AS FISCAL AGENT FOR FLOOD CONTROL BGNDS On this the 30th day oP September 1954, came on to be considered by the Court the bids of Austin,Hart & Parvin; Dewar, Robertson & Pan coast; Russ & Company and Rauscher,~Pierce & Co.,Inc, four bonding companies for a performance contract in the matter of a proposed bond election to be held in Kerr County Texas, and it appearing that the bid of Rauscher, Pierce & Cou~pany was the lowest bid submitted, and that the same should be accepted; it is therefore Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the bid of Rauscher, Pierce & Company be, and the same is hereby accepted, and it is further ordered that John R. Leavell, County Judge and the presiding officer of triis Court be, and he is hereby authorized to execute said performance contract on behalf of this Court. The tax above re- ferred to is the identical tax voted in August 1951, and now being collected.
