cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury fees collected, showing a sum of X120.35 deposited
with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a fee of .56.00 for 14 cases. It appearing to the
Court that said report is true and correct, by motion made by Powell, seccr!ded by Guthrie and
unanimously approved by the Court that the County Clark be, and is hereby directed to draw
voucher in the amount of $56.00, pay<.ble out of General Fund.
