N0. 6750 APPORTIONMENT OF X9600.00 FROM ROAD & BRIDGE FUND
This the 13th day of October 1954, after motion having been made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie
end County Treasurer
and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Clerlt/ be and is hereby directed to appor-
tion the following amounts out of Road & Bridge Fund to the respective Com:issioners' Precincts:
Road & Bridge Precinct 1 X2800.00
Road & Bridge Precinct 2 2000.00
Road & Bridge Precinct 3 1600.Ov
Road & Bridge Precinct 4 3200.00
The sum of X400.00 being considered credited to Precinct No. 1 to apply on the payment of mach-
inery previously purchased out of Road & Bridge Fund, in the amount of X5200.00, thus leaning
a balance due of X2200.00, to the Road & Bridge Precinct #1, as sat out in Commissioners' Court
Order No. 6280.

TRANSFER OF X10,000.00 FROM ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND TO GENERAL FUND

and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to make
the following transfers to-wit:
#796.97 From Farm-To-Market & Lateral Road - X732.58 to Farm-To-Market 1273
- ~ 64.39 to Farm-To-Market 689
It is further ordered and decreed by the Court that ~10,U00.00 be transferred from Road and
Bridge Fund to General Fund, to take care of deficit that existed therein, and the County Clerk
be directed to enter this transfer to the credit of General Fund.

N0. 6752 PAYMENT OF ONE-THIRD MACHINERY CONTRACT MADE BY COMMISSIONER PRECINCT #3
This the 13th day of October, A.D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court the necessity

together with interest thereon to October :14th, 1954, in the amount of X197.50, payable to Chas.
Schreiner Bank Unine., the owner and holder of the machinery contract, originally made to Charles
H. Molter, Commissioner Precinct #3; therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, seconded by
Powell and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed
to draw voucher against Road & Bridge #3 in favor of Chas Schreiner Bank Uninc., for the final
payment of X3291.60, together with X197.50 interest and being in the aggregate of X3489.10 pay-
ment in full of said machinery contract.
