N0. 6756 ORDER AUTEORIZING PAYMENT OF TRAVELING EXPENSE OF ASST. COUNTY-STATE-FEDERAL AGENT
On this the 25th day of October 1954, came on to be examined the account of Richard Blume,
County-State-Federal Associate for Agri cu 1tuAal and Home Demonstration Agents, to be paid in
equal monthly installments, approximating X600.00 par year, for traveling expenses, first pay-
ment in the amount of 66.66 for the month of October being due. Therefore, by motion duly
made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County
Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer in like amount
from the Road 8c Bridge Fund.
ADJOPRNED
This the 9th day of November A.D. 1954, after motion made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell
and unanimously approved by the Court, that the minutes of Commissioners' Court, from pages
393'to top of page 401, for the month of October be approved, as read and corrected.

This the 6th day of November 1954, came on to be examined by the Court, the claims and
accounts filed against Kerr County since October 11th, 1954, also to confirm payrolls paid out
oP Road & Bridge #1 and Road & Bridge #4 for the month of October. Hy motion duly made by Goff,
r- seconded by Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that all claims and accounts filed
~ against General, R~4d & Bridge, Road & Bridge #l, Road & Bridge #2, Lateral Road & Bridge #3,
and Road & Bridge/Funds be approved and ordered paid as filed therein.

N0. 6756 CANVASS AND TABULATION OF GENERAL ELECTION RETURNS
This the 6th day of November A.D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
to be canvassed, to determine the results of the general election held on November 2nd, 1954.
Wherefore the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the 16 election precincts and
the Absentee Canvassing Board box, are oP the opinion that said returns after having been open-
ed and canvassed are true and correct and should be approved.
Therefore by motion duly made by Gof:P, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the
court that the returns as canvassed and tabulated in Volume 4, pages 29 through 36 inclusive,
and as certified thereto by each member of the court, are in all respects approved.
