Storms, Justice of the Peace Precinct No. 1, covering the month of October 1954, of criminal
cases filed, witnesses , judgments and jury fees collected, showing a sum of X158.45 deposited
with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a fee of X88.00 for 22 cases. It appearing to the
Court that said report is true end correct, by motion made by Goff, seconded by Powell and un-
animously approved by the Court that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw voucher
in the amount of 88.00, payable out oP General Fund.
