It appearing to the Court that the itemized report of collections and deposits ~-~~ as submitted are true and correct, and should be approved therefore by motion made by Goff, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the Court that report be accepted. o-o-o-o-o-o NQ~. 6770 APPROVAL OF REPORT OF DEPOSITS AND COLLECTIONS OF PUBLIC WEIGHER, PRECINCT #1 This the 9th day of November 1954, came on to be considered by the court, the monthly re- port of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher, Kerr County, Precinct ~1, showing an aggregate of X85.53, collected for the month of October 1954, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and should be approved, and that the City of Kerrville should be billed for one-half of the deficit of X14.47, which would be in the amount of $7.23. By motion made by Goff, seconded by Powell that the County Clerk be directed to issue vouchers in the like amounts therefor, payable out of the respective funds, to the parties entitled thereto.
