of Virgil Parsons, City-County Sanitarian of Kerr County, covering his activities and expense
`~ report for the month of OctoBrer 1954. It appearing to the court that said reports should be
approved and a voucher issued for the balance of mileage for month and miscellaneous expense
in the amount of X44.86 out of General Fund. Therefore by motion made by Goff, seconded by
Powell and unanimously approved by the court, that such expenditure be allowed.

of Alma Scholes, County Health Nurse of Karr County, Texas, covering her services for the month
of October 1954, and it appearing to the court that said report should be approved; therefore
by motion made by Goff, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, and ordered
filed with the County Clerk for future reference.

r This the 9th day oP November 1954, came on to be examined by the Court the monthly report
I ~ of collections and deposits made by Oliver Moore, Sheriff of Kerr County Texas, covering all
fees and mileage fee collected by him in the performance of his duties in said office for the
month of October 1954, in the amount of X116.25, deposited with the County Treasurer in the
General Fund. It appearing to the Court that the itemized report of collections and deposits

seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the Court that report be accepted.

NQ~. 6770 APPROVAL OF REPORT OF DEPOSITS AND COLLECTIONS OF PUBLIC WEIGHER, PRECINCT #1
This the 9th day of November 1954, came on to be considered by the court, the monthly re-
port of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher, Kerr County, Precinct ~1,
showing an aggregate of X85.53, collected for the month of October 1954, and it appearing to the
court that said report is true and correct and should be approved, and that the City of Kerrville
should be billed for one-half of the deficit of X14.47, which would be in the amount of $7.23.
Therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court
that said report be approved and that tl-.e County Clerk be and i.s hereby directed to bill the
City of Kerrville for one-half of the deficit, for the cities pro rata part, and that such amount
when collected, be deposited to the General Fund of Kerr County Texas.

This the 9th day of November 1954, came on to be examined the claims and accounts of '-'
Monroe Calculating Machine Company in the amount of650.00; Glen Petsch in the amount of X10.00;
John Adkins in the amount of X10.00; Sunnyside Nursing Home for the sum of X125.00; payable out
of General Fund. Also Mrs Dowdy in the amount of X11.90 out off' Road & Bridge #4 and Eden Imple-
ment Company for X319.45, payable from Road & Bridge #2. By motion made by Goff, seconded by
Powell that the County Clerk be directed to issue vouchers in the like amounts therefor, payable
out of the respective funds, to the parties entitled thereto. Unanimously carried.

Beginning at the intersection of the old and new locations of F. M. Highway 689 at approx- ~'

junction of the old and new locations of F. M. Highway 689 at approximately Station 35524 on
