This the 9th day of November 1854, came on to be considered by the court, the monthly re-
port oP deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher, Kerr County, Precinct #1,
showing an aggregate of X85,53, collected for the month oP October 1954, and it appearing to the
court that said report is true and correct and should be approved, and that the City of Kerrv311e
should be billed for one-half of the deficit of X14.47, which would be in the amount of $7.23.
Therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court
that said report be approved and that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to bill the
City of Kerrville for one-half oP the deficit, for the cities pro rata part, and that such amount
when collected, be deposited to the General Fund of Kerr County Texas.

John Adkins in the amount of X10,00; Sunnyside Nursing Home for the sum of X125.00; payable out
of General Fund. Also N:rs Dowdy in the amount of X11.90 out o,f Road & Bridge #4 and Eden Imple-
ment Company for $319.45, payable from Road & Bridge #2, By motion made by Goff, seconded by
Powell that the County Clerk be directed to issue vouchers in the like amounts therefor, payable
out of the respective funds, to the parties entitled thereto. Unanimously carried.
