This the 9th day of November 1954, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie and
unanimously approved by the Court, that the following Deeds ba accepted, filed and recording fee
paid out of Road & Bridge #3 Fund. It is ordered by the Court that the donation by
Albert C. Deutsch et ux of 0.09 acre of land out of Survey 381 Thomas Barnett
Erno Boerner and wif e of 0.24 acre of land out of Survey 381 Thomas Barnett
Albert	Kleck and wife	of	0.02	acre	of	land	out	of	Survey	380	Jas.	Burleson
Walter	Nuernberger et	ux of	0.91	acre	of	land	out	of	Survey	Nos.	38o	and 381,
embraced in the right-of-way of Nuernberger-Kleck Road, and is hereby gratefully accepted by
the Court, said donation to be further evidenced by proper deed executed by tha aforementioned,
in favor of Kerr County.

This the 9th day of November 1954 came on to he considered by the Court, claioiant N:rs.
Lula Gatz, for nursing services, board and other means of taking care of Mr & Nirs George Line-
setter, and asking addition encrease of X25.00 per month. Whereupon the Court, after reviewing
the expenses incurred, made ar. additional allowance in the amount paid, in the sum of X125.00 per
menth. And the County Clerk and County Treasurer are further directed to draw voucher in favor
of Sunnyside Nursing Home in advance, beginning November 1st, 1954, and continue thereafter
while said patients are properly nursed and cared for, in the amount of X125.00 per month, to
be drawn on General Fund, until further determined by the Court. Motion made by Goff ,seconded
by Bartel and unanimously carried.

This the 9th day of November A. D. 1954, came on to be presented to the Court, the claim of
Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital for the county's one-half of expanses for indigent patients,'Por
the period from July 1st to December 31, 1954 inclusive. Therefore by motion duly made by Goff
seconded by Bartel and unsnimously approved by the Court that the County Clerk be, and is hereby
r directed to draw, voucher against the County Treasurer in the amount of X600.00, payable to Sid

Paterson Memorial Hospital, out of General Fund of Kerr County, for the County's pro-rata ex-
pense for indigent patients as per Order No. 6399, dated December 15th, 1953.
