Dahl, hereinafter called the Engineer, to proceed with final plans and specifications for the construc- tion of dams in the Guadalupe River and it appearing to the Court that such wcrk st:ould be done and that there are sufficient funds available to construct such dams, namely Site C - just JJest of Center Point; Site D - at Flat Rock; and Site J - on the Guadalupe River about 3/4 mile Scuthwest from the town of Ingram: It is therefore ordered that the said Engineer proceed immediately with the drafting of ^-~ such detailed plans and specifications, the Court anticipating the delivery of the completed plans on or about 60 days from this date.
