This the 9th day of November A. D. 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, the addi-
tional payment of X10.00 to Clell.e Doyle, District Clerk, for services rendered iri the care oP ^
the law library. Whereupon the Court are of the opinion that such allowance should be made.
Therefore, by motion duly made by Bartel, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the
Court that the County Clerk and County Treasurer be directed to draw an additional voucher in
the sum of v~10.00, beginning with month of November, payable with each salary, to Clella Doyle,
District Clerk, out of General Fund.

This the 12th day of November 1954, came on to be examined the claims and accounts of ^
Edens Implement Co. in the amount of X26.40; Sam Cade in the amount of ~21.U0; and the semi-
monthly payroll in the amount of X551.00 out of Road & Bridge No. 4. By motion made by Powell,
seconded by Bartel that the County Clerk be directed to issue vouchers in like arnounts therefor,
payable out of the respective funds, to the parties entitled thereto. Unanimously carried.

This the 12th day of November 1954, came on to be examined by the court the monthly re-
port of Mary Jo Garland, Home Demonstration Agent of Kerr County, Texas, covering her services
for the month of October 1954, and it appearing to the court that said report should he approved;
therefore by motion duly made by Bartel, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the
Court, and ordered filed with the County Clerk for future reference.

On this day came on to be considered the advisability of authorizing George L. Dahl,
hereinafter called the Engineer, to proceed with final plans and specificaticns for the construc-
tion of dams in the Guadalupe River and it appearing to the Court that such wcrk should be done
and that tl-iere are sufficient funds available to construct such dams, namely Site C - just PJest
of Center Point; Si~'e D - at Flat Rock; and Site J - on the Guadalupe River about 3/4 mile
Southwest from the town of Ingram:
It is therefore ordered that the said Engineer proceed immediately with tl-ie drafting of
such detailed plans and specifications, the Court anticipating the delivery of the completed
plans on or about 60 days frcm this date.
It is further ordered that of the funds available for sucTi darns, the sum of X5,040.00 be
budgeted and set aside for said Site C; the slur of X125,000.00 be budgeted and set aside for
