Dahl, hereinafter called the Engineer, to proceed with final plans and specificaticns for the construc- tion of dams in the Guadalupe River and it appearing to the Court that such wcrk should be done and that tl-iere are sufficient funds available to construct such dams, namely Site C - just PJest of Center Point; Si~'e D - at Flat Rock; and Site J - on the Guadalupe River about 3/4 mile Southwest from the town of Ingram: It is therefore ordered that the said Engineer proceed immediately with tl-ie drafting of such detailed plans and specifications, the Court anticipating the delivery of the completed plans on or about 60 days frcm this date.
