Dahl, hereinafter called the Engineer, to proceed with final plans and specifications for the construc- tion of dams in the Guadalupe River and it appearing to the Court that such work should be done and that there are sufficient funds available to construct such dams, namely Site C - just West cf Center Point; Si~'e D - at Flat Rock; and Site J - en the Guadalupe River about 3/4 mile Scuthwest from the town of Ingram: It is therefore ordered that the said Engineer proceed immediately tivith the drafting of " such detailed plans and specifications, the Court anticipating the delivery of the completed plans on or about 60 days frcn: this date. It is further ordered that of the funds available for such dams, the Burn of ~8,G40.00 be budgeted and set aside for said Site C; the sum of $','125,000.00 be budgeted and set aside for
