Dahl, .hereinafter called the Engineer, to proceed with final plans and specificaticns for the construc- tion o° dams in the Guadalupe River and it appearing to the Court that such. wcrk should be done and that there are sufficient funds available to construct such dams, namely Site C - just West of Center Point; Sire D - at Flat Rock; and Site J - on the Guadalupe River about 3/4 mile Southwest from the town of Ingram: It is therefore ordered that the said Engineer proceed immediately with the drafting of such detailed plans and specifications, the Court anticipating the de].i.very of the completed plans on or about 60 da;~s frcm this date. It is furt::er ordered that of the funds available for sack darns, the surn of X8,040.00 be budgeted and set aside for said S'te C; the sum of X125,000.00 be budgeted and set aside for -~~~' said Site D, and the sum of x"94,000.00 be budgeted and set aside for said Site J, a total of X227,040.00. And it is further appearing that such plans and specifications must be presented to the State Board of 'Hater Engineers, it is further ordered that the said Engineer present the same to said Board and obtain the certification of the Board thereon. It is further ordered that the sum of X7,500.00 of such funds be set aside to comruissioner's Precinct No. 3 for soil and/or water conservation in accordance with the provisions of Art.7048a, and that one additional dam be constructed at or near Center Point at a cost not to exceed r~7,000.00; and that the site for tl-:is dam be located by said Engineer and final plans and spec- ifications drafted therefor and submitted to the Commissioners Court for approval. The sum of X7,000.00 is hereby budgeted and set aside for said additional dam. A vote being called for, on motion by L. M. Guthrie, seconded by V. D. Powell, the following voted AYE: L. M.
