And it is further appearing that such plans and specifications must be presented to the
State Board of 'Hater Engineers, it is further crdered that the said Engineer present the same
to said Board and obtain the certification of the Board thereon.
It is further ordered that the sum of X7,500.00 of such funds be set aside to couunissioner's
Precinct No. 3 for soil. and/or water conservation in accordance with tk:e provisions of ATt.7048s,
and that one additional dam be constructed at or near Center Foint at a cost not to exceed
7,000.00; and that the site for this dam be located by said Engineer and final plans and spec-
ifications drafted therefor and submitted to the Commissioners Court for approval. The sum of
x'7,000.00 is hereby budgeted and set aside for said additional dam.
A vote being called for, on motion by L. M. Guthrie, seconded by V. D. Powell, the following
voted AYE: L. M. Guthrie, V. D. Pow all and Adolph Bartel. Commissioner Lee Goff voted N0.
Motion carried.

accounts filed against Kerr County since Nove~iber 8th, 1954, out of Road & Bridge ~l, Road &
Bridge #2, Road & Bridge 1~3, Lateral Road & Bridge #{3, Road & Bridge #4, Lateral Road & Bridge #1
Farm to Market 479 and General Funds, also the confirmation of previously paid labor bills for
the month of November. By motion made by Powell, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by
the Court that the County Clerk be and is Y_ereby directed to draw vouchers against the County
Treasurer on all claims filed in like amounts therefor, payable out of the respective funds to
the parties entitled thereto.
