N0, 6785 APPROVAL OF OFFICIAL BOND OF IIJ~1ET HARVEY NICHOLS TAX ASSESSOR AND COLLECTOR
This the 13th day of December 1954, came on to be considered by the Court the necessity
to approve the State and County Bonds of Emmet Harvey Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector for
the ensuing term oP 1954-55. It appearing to the Court that the State Bond in the amount of
5~4000.OC should be approved, and that the State Bond should be mailed by the County Clerk to
the Comptroller of Public Accounts for approval. Therefore by motion duly made by Goff, second-
ed by Powell and unanimously approved by the Court that such bond be approved, and the Tax
Collector should qualify by taking the oath of office, and the County Clerk be, and he is here-
by directed to mail the official State Bond to the Comptroller of Puhlic Accounts for the State
Comptrollers' approval.

of Alma Scholes, County Health Nurse of Kerr County, Texas, covering her services for the month
of November 1954. It appearing to the Court that said report should be approved; therefore by
motion made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the Court, and ordered
filed by the County Clark for future reference.

This the 13th da,y of December 1954, John R. Leavell, County Judge of Kerr County, reported
no actual and necessary expense for the month of November 1954, incurred by him in the conduct
of his off i.ce during said month. Therefore by motion made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie that
this report be accepted. Unanimously approved.

This the 13th day of December 1954, came on to be examined by the Court the monthly expanse
report of Charles J. Rees, County Clerk of Kerr County, for the month ending November 30, 1954,

showing an acutal and necessary expense of $646.30 incurred by him in the conduct of his office
during said month; and it appearing to the Court treat said report is true and correct, and
should be approved. Therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously
approved by the Court, that such expenditures be approved.
