N0, 6785 APPROVAL OF OFFICIAL BOND OF ENIIvIET HARVEY NICHOLS TAX ASSESSOR AND COLLECTOR
This the 13th day of December 1954, came on to be considered by the Court the necessity
to approve the State and County Bonds of Emmet Harvey Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector for
the ensuing term of 1954-55. It appearing to the Court that the State Bond in the amount of
!4000.00 should be approved, and that the State Bond should be mailed by the County Clark to
the Comptroller of Public Accounts for approval. Therefore by motion duly made by Goff, second-
ed by Powell and unanimously approved by the Court that such bond be approved, and the Tax
Collector should qualify by taking the oath of office, and the County Clerk be, and he is here-
by directed to mail the official State Bond to the Comptroller of Public Accounts for the State
Comptrollers' approval.

raport of Chsrles J. Rees, County Clark of Kerr County, for the month ending November 30, 1954,

showing an acutal and necessary expense oP X646.30 incurred by him in the conduct of his office
during said month; and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct, and
