N0, 6785 APPROVAL OF OFFICIAL BOND OF Ei~1ET HARVEY NICHOLS TAX ASSESSOR AND COLLECTOR
This the 13th day of December 1954, came on to be considered by the Court the necessity
to approve the State and County Bonds of Enunet Harvey Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector for
the ensuing term oP 1954-55. It appearing to the Court that the State Bond in the amount of
~4000.CC should be approved, and that the State Bond should be mailed by the County Clerk to
the Comptroller oP Public Accounts for approval. Therefore by motion duly .Wade by Goff, second-
ed by Powell and unanimously approved by the Court that such bond be approved, and the Tax
Collector should qualify by taking the oath of office, and the County Clerk be, and he is here-
by directed to mail the official State Bond to the Comptroller of Public Accounts for the State
Comptrollers' approval.

this report be accept ad. Unanimously approved.

This the 13th day oP December 1954, came on to be examined by the Court the monthly expanse
report of Chsrles J. Rees, County Clark of Kerr County, for the month ending November 30, 1954,

showing an acttal and necessary expense of $646.30 incurred by him in the conduct of his office
during said month; and it appearing to the Court tr:at said report is true and correct, and
should be approved. Therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously
approved by the Court, that such expenditures be approved.
