November 1954, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury fees collected, showing
the sum of X181.90 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a fee
of X68.00, It appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct, that said officer
is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore by motion duly rude by Goff,
seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the court that said report be approved and that
the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay to Judge Storms the sum of X68.00 out of
General Fund, for 17 cases.
