report of E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector for Kerr County Texas, for the month ending
November 30th, 1954; showing an actual and necessary expense of X912.50 incurred by him in the
conduct of his office during said month. It appearing to the court that said report is true
and correct and should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie
and unanimously approved by the Court for such expenditures herein.

November 1954, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury fees collected, showing
the sum of x`181.90 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a fee
of X68.00. It appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct, that said officer
is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore by motion duly made by Goff,
seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the court that said report be approved and that
the County Clerk be, end is hereb;~ directed to pay to Judge Storms the sum of X68.00 out of

November 1954, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury Pees collected, showing
an aggregate oP X64.40 collected and deposited witri the County Treasurer, entitling him to a
fee of X532.00 for B cases. It appearing to the court that said report is true and correct,
therefore by motion duly made by Goff seconded by GutYrrie and unanimously approved by tree Court
that the County Clark be, and is hereby directed to pay to Judge Pringle the sum of 32.00 out
of General Fund.
