month of November 1954, in the amount of $148.55 deposited with the County Treasurer in the
General fund. It appearing to the Court that the itemized report of collections and deposits
as submitted are true and correct, and should be approved; therefore by motion made by Goff,
secrnded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the court that repcrt be accepted.

joint annual report of Guy Powell, County Agent, Ricriard Hlume, Assistant County Agent and
Mary Jo Garland, Home Demonstration Agent, for the ,year ending November 30th, 1954. It appear-
ing to the court that said report shows very satisfactory service rendered by the two depart-
ments and that same sr:ould be approved; therefore by motion made by Goff and saco:,ded by
Guthrie, that report be filed with the County Clerk for future reference. Unanimously carried.

County, and it appearing to the Court that the reasor?s set out in said Certificates for the

be billed for one-half of the deficit of w5.64, ~'v'ich wvauld be in the amount of X2.82. There-
fore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the Court
that said report be approved ar.d that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to bill the
City of Kerrville for one-half of the deficit, for the City's pro rata part, and that such amount
when collected, ba deposited to tree General Fund of Kerr County, Texas.
