of collections and deposits made by Oliver Moore, Sheriff of Kerr County Texas, covering all
fees and mileage Pee collected by him in the performance of his duties in said office for the
month of November 1954, in the amount of $148.55 deposited with the County Treasurer in the
General fund. It appearing to the Court that the itemized report of collections and deposits
as submitted are true and correct, and sY:ould be approved; therefore by motion made by Goff,
seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the court that report be accepted.

This the 13th day of December 1954, came on to be examined by the Court the combined and
joint annual report of Guy Powell, County Agent, Richard Hlume, Assistant County Agent and
Mary Jo Garland, Nome Demonstration Agent, for the ,year ending November 30th, 1954. It appear-
ing to the court that said report shows very satisfactory service rendered by the two depart-
menu and that same should be approved; therefore by motion made by Goff and saco..ded by
Guthrie, that report be filed with the County Clerk for future reference. Unanimously carried.
