Mary Jo Garland, fiome Demonstration Agent, for the year ending November 30th, 1954. Zt appear-
ing to the court that said report shows very satisfactory service rendered by the two depart-
ments and that same should be approved; therefore by motion made by Goff and seconded by
Guthrie, that report be filed with the County Clerk for future reference. Unanimously carried.

County, and it appearing to the Court that the reasons set out in said Certificates for the
cancellation of the taxes therein are good and sufficient. It is therefore ordered by the
Court that said Certificates be granted and signed by the County Judge.

for adoption. and registration of the same as the official plat of said site, and it appearing
to the court that the same is properly certified, and is the result of an actual survey on the
ground, truly representing said sites and the reservcir level of the impoundments proposed
tt:ereon, and that the same should be adopted and filed for registration in the office of the
County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas:
It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the said plats be so adopted, and that
