N0. 6804 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION FOR ADOPTION OF PLAT OF OAK HEIGHTS ADDITION
On this tY.e 14th day of December, A. P. 1154, came on to he heard the aprlication of C. L.
Cunningham of Kerrville, Kerr County Texas, for the approval cf a plat, field notes and dedica-
tion of an addition situated adjacent to the City of Kerrville, Kerr County Texas, and being
the sarr.e property described in Volume 86, page 140, Deed Records of Kerr County Texas, to which
reference is here made for all purposes and which Addition is to be knodvn as OAK HL'IGHTS ADDITION
to the County of Kerr, Texas; and, after considering the same, it appearing to the Court that
said Addition dedicated and the field notes thereof meet with the requirements of law, it is
THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AD.D DECREED by the Court treat said Addition known as OAK HEIGHTS
ADDITION to the County of Kerr, Texas, is accepted and shall be adciitted to record, and the
County C'_erk of Kerr County Texas, is hereby directed to record the same in the Plat Records of
Kerr County, Texas.
It is further ORDERED that this order be spread upon the hinutes of the Commissioners'
Court oP Kerr County, Texas.

amount of X2.00, payable cut of Road & Bridge No. 4. By motion made by Guthrie, seconded by
Bartel that the County Clerk be directed to issue vouchers in like amounts therefor, to the
parties entitled t.:ereto. Unanimously approved.
