On this the 14th day of December, A. D. 1354, came on to be heard the application oP C. L.
Cunningham of Kerrville, Kerr County Texas, for the approval of a plat, field notes and dedica- ^
Lion of an addition situated adjacent to the City of Kerrville, Kerr County Texas, and being
the same property described in Volume 86, rage 140, Paed Records of Kerr County Texas, to w:iich
reference is here made for all purposes and which Addition is to be known as OAK H~~'IGHTS ADDITION
to the County of Kerr, Texas; and, after considering the same, it appearing to the Court that
said Addition dedicated and the field notes thereof meet with the recuirerents of law, it is
THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court that said Addition known as OAK HEIGHTS
ADDITION to the County of Karr, Texas, is accepted and shall be adr.-iitted to record, and the
County C_erk of Kerr County Texas, is hereby directed to record the same in the Plat Records of
Kerr County, Texas.
It is further ORDEREII that this order be spread upon the Minutes of the Commissioners'
Court of Kerr County, Texas.

This the 14th day of December, car..e on to be exami.red by the Court the claims and accounts
filed by Chipman Welding Shop in the amount of X23.35, and F. D. Turner Texaco Station in the
amount of X2.00, payable cut of Road & Bridge No. 4. By motion made by Guthrie, seconded by
Bartel that the County Clerk be directed to issue vouchers in like amounts therefor, to the
parties entitled thereto. Unanimously approved.

This the 14th dap of December 1954, came on to be exarr.ined by the Court the monthly report
of Clella Doyle, District Clark, of all fines imposed, judgments rendered and jury fees collect-
ed in the District Clerk's office of Kerr County, for. the month of November 1954, in the amount
of X11.00, which amount has been collected and deposited with the County Treasurer. It appear-
ing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved; therefore by motion
made by Bartel, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the Court, and ordered filed by the
County Clerk for future reference.
