On this the 14th day of December, A. D. 1354, came on to be heard the application of C. L.
Cunningham of Kerrville, Kerr County Texas, for the approval of a plat, field notes and dedica-
t9or. of an addition situated adjacent to the City of Kerrville, Kerr County Texas, and being
the same property described in Volume 86, page 140, Deed Records of Kerr County Texas, to which
reference is here made for all purposes and which Addition is to be known as OAK HEIGHTS ADDITION
to the County of Kerr, Texas; and, after considering the same, it appearing to the Court that
said Addition dedicated ar_d the field notes thereof meet with the require:~ents of law, it is
THEREFORE ORDERED, AP.JL'DGED, ArdD DECREED by the Court that said Additien known as OAK $EIC,HTS
ADDITION to the County of Kerr, Texas, is accepted and shall be adriitted to record, and the
Ccunty Clerk of Kerr County Texas, is hereby directed to record the same in the Plat Records of
Kerr County, Texas.
It is further ORDERED that this order be spread upon the Minutes of the Commissioners'
Court oP Kerr County, Texas.

filed by Chipman 'Melding fihop in the amount of $23.35, and F. D. Turner Texaco Station in the
amount of ,2.00, payable cut of Road & Bridge No. 4. By motion m~:de by Guthrie, seconded by
Bartel that the County Clerk be directed to issue vouchers in like amounts therefor, to the
parties entitled thereto. Unanimously approved.

This the 14th day cP December 1954, came on to be examined by the Court the monthly report
of Clella Do;~le, District Clerk, of all fines imposed, judgments rendered and jury fees collect-
ed in the District Clerk's office of Kerr County, for the month oŁ November 1954, in the amount
of X11.00, which amount has been collected and deposited with the County Treasurer. It appear-
ing to the Court that said repcrt is true and correct and should be approved; therefore by motion
made by Bartel, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the Court, and ordered filed by the
County Clerk for future reference.
