bt~ directed tc apportion the following amounts out of Road & Hridge Fund, to the respective
Commissioners' Precincts to-wit:
Road & Bridge Frecinct 1 - X2800.00
Road & Bridge Precinct 2 - X2000.00
Road & Bridge Precinct 3 - X1600.00
Road & Bridge Precinct 4 - X3200.00
Tha sum of X400.00 being considered credited to Precinct No. 1, to apply on the payment of mach-
inery previously purchased out of Roed & Bridge Fund, in the original a,nount of X5200.00, thus
leaving a balance due of x"1400.00 to the Road & Bridge Precinct ~tl, as set out in Conunissoners'
Court Order No. 6280.

This the 17th day of December 1954, came on to be considered by the Court, account of Al
Manny in the sum of X32.00 out of Jury Fund, and Pounty claims in the amount of x'23.00 out of
General Fund. It appearing to the Court that such claims and accounts are true and just and
should be allowed.. The refers by motion made by Guthrie, seconded by Powell and unanimously
approved by the Court, that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed tc draw voucY.ers against
the County Treasurer on claims filed, in like amount therefor, payable out of their respective
funds to the parties entitled thereto.

the month of November 1954; and it appearing to the court that said report should be approved.
Therefore by motion by Bartel, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the Cou rt, and
ordered filed with the County Clerk for future reference.

This the 17th day of December 1954, came on to be examined by the Court, certificate of
Cancellation, Collector's Number 8-193-33, presented to the Court by E. H. Nichols, Tax Collect-
or of Kerr County Texas, that taxes were erroneously reported as delincuent on Form. 18, whereas
they had been previously paid. It appearing to the Court that the reasons set out in said Cer-
tificate Por Cancellation of the taxes therein are good and sufficient, it is therefore ordered
by the Court that said Certificate be granted and signed by the County Judge.
