On this day came on to be heard the application of Robert Lee
Mosty and Phil Swayze for a recommendation by th.e Commissioners'
Court of an application to the State Soil Conservation Board for ~ ederal
Planning Assistance for Watershed Protection on Verde Creek in Kerr
County, Texas; and after due consideration thereof, it is ordered, ad-
judged and decreed that the making of said application be, and the same
is, hereby recommended by this court for Verde Greek and for any other
watershed in Kerr County, Texas; and it is furthex• ordered that such
recommendation be signed by Judge Jno. R. Leave:ll, the presiding
officer of this court on behalf of the entire court.
