Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector of Rerr County, Texas, applying for authority to appoint five deputies and extra help at proposed salary of $11,147.50 which application shovrs the probable receipts of his office for the ensuing year to be X19,200,00 with additional disbursements not including the deputies applied for in the amount of X1,290.00. It appearing to the Court that this application should be granted in so far, as the deputies -- applied for is concerned, and that the proposed salaries applied for, be rejected at this ~~ ~ time, and that said salaries should be approved and fixed by the Court, sitting at its regular January term.
