No. 6819 ORDER AUTHORIZING APPOIIv'TNR;NT OF HARRY E. CRATE, DEPUTY TAX ASSESSOR AND COLLECTOR.
This the 1st day of January, A. D., 1955, came on to be considered by the court, the
application of E. H• Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector for his authority to appoint and de-
putize Harry E. Crate as Deputy Tax Assessor and Collector and it appearing to the court that
said officer is entitled to said deputy and that said application should be approved; therefore
by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Bartel and unanimously approved by the co urt, that
said officer be authorized to deputize said deputy and that said appointment is to date from
January 1st, 1955, and to continue in force until revoked by said officer or be other~mise
terminated and that the compensation of said deputy is to be paid solely from the fees of said
office.

putize Lillian Jones as Deputy Tax Assessor and Collector and it appearing to the court that
