Luther, County Treasurer, to adjust Bank Records and crediting books with X86.80 excess in Chas. Schreiner Bank, existing prior to 1954, caused by a number ofsmall checks -- not being cashed since 1953 and earlier (no complete record of same ~n file). Therefore by motion made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, it is ordered by the Court that the Co~.anty Treasurer be and he is hereby authorized to credit the sum of X86.80 to the General Fund as of December 31st, 1954. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o No. 6825. ORDER AUTHORIZING COtTNTY TREASURER TO CANCEL CHECK N0. 2210 TO SINCLAIR OIL CO. On this the 1st day of January, A. D. 1955, came on to be herd the application of Geo. D• Luther, County Treasurer, to cancel Check No. 22,10, issued to Sinclair Oil Company on March 9th, 1954, in the sum of35.93 and reported never having ueen received by Payee, and entire amount due having been paid as balances carried on subsequent stet ements, and nothing further being due vendor for same, and that payment should be stopped on said check and credit- ed to the General Fund.
