Luther, County Treasurer, to adjust Bank Records and crediting books with86.80 excess in Chas. Schreiner Bank, existing prior to 1954, caused by a number ofsmall checks ~- not being cashed since 1953 and earlier (no complete record of same ,n file). D• Luther, County Treasurer, to cancel Check No. 2210, issued to Sinclair Oil Company on March 9th, 1954, in the sum of X35.93 and reported never having ueen received by Payee, and entire amount due having been paid as balances carried on subsequent stat orients, and nothing further being due vendor for same, and that payment should be stopped on said check and credit- ed to the General Fund.
