application of Oliver 14oore, Sheriff, for his authority to appoint and deputize, C. A. Rodgers,
as Deputy Sheriff, and it appearing to the Court that said officer is entitled to slid deputy
and that said application should be a:~proved; therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, secorsied
by Goff, and unanimously approved by the Court that said officer is authorized to deputize
said deputy and that said appointment is to date from January 1st, 1955, and to continue in
force until revoked by said officer or be otherwise terminat ed.
