aeoonfl-class county road upon the property Darned by the State of Tezee, out of Survey Ho. 143,	
sad being known as the State Home Property, anfl being shown by a map platted by J. A. Moore	
and H. H, Blair, end pr spared on the 24th day of August, 1954; and that sit er hev ing duly	
oonaiflered the aBPl id etion of the petit Sonars to builfl, er eat, end maintain this road, and j	
after having ascertained from the Buai Wass Hanager of the Kerrville 3t ate Home, Hr. d. R.	
Angell, and the Superintendent in charge of the "ferrville State Home, Dr. lather W, Rnae,
