This the 11th day of January 1955, came on to be considered by the Court, the fixing of
the salary oP Albert Wilson, Public Weigher, of Precinct No. 1, and that his salary be adjusted
between the City of Kerrville and Kerr County for the amount of X100.00 per month, or X1200,00
per annum. Wherefore, the Court having considered that the Public WeigYrer has heretofore aver-
aged approximately X100,00 in monthly collections for the performance oP his duties as public
weigher, and that the City of Kerrville is entitled to receive one-half of fees collected that
exceeds X100.00, and be billed for one-half of deficiency of fees collected up to X100.00, not
to exceed $25.00 per month. Also that said officer should deposit with tha County Treasurer of

This the 11th day oP January 1955, came on to be considered by the Court, the fixing of the
salary of the secretary and stenographer for the District Attorney, Jim. W. Weatherby, in accord-
ance with Chapter 365, S.B. 2112 of the 52nd Legislature, which autr;orized a maximum salary in
the amount of X62400.00 per annum of which a pro rata portion in accordance with the population
of the County, whould amount to X33.00 per month, for Kerr County's share. It appearing to the
Court, that salary of the secretary of District Attorney should be fixed at X33.00 per month, ...
payable out of the General Fund of Kerr County. Therefore, by motion duly made by Powell, sec-

This the 11th day of January 1955, came on to be considered by the Court, claimant Mrs.Lula
Getz, for nursing services, board and other means of taking care of Mrs. Addie Linesetter. Upon
reviewing the expenses incurred, fixed an allowance of X50.00 per month, payable in advance.
And the County Clark and County Treasurer are further directed to draw voucher in favor of the
~lrnnyside Nursing Nome, beginning January 1st, 1955, continued thereafter while said patient is ~
properly cared for, to be drawn from General Fund, until futher determined by the Court. Motion
