N0. 6888 PAYMENT FOR NURSING AND CARE OF RI LEY 3vIITH, AN INDIGENT INVALID
This the 11th day of January 1955, came on to be considered by the Court, the necessity to

reimhurse Lucretia Jones for her nursing services, board and other means of taking care of Riley
Smith, and indigent invalid, for the period beginning January 10th 1955, payable in advance.
Wherefore the Court has heretofore made an allowance for past services in the amount of X125.00
for such care of Riley Smith, are of the opinion Mrs. Lucretia Jones should be allowed the amount
of X125.00 monthly payments in advance, beginning January 10th 1955, out of General Fund. Motion
made by Bartel, seconded by Powell and unanimously carried.

On this the 11th day of January 1955, after motion made by Guthrie, seconded by Bartel and
unanimously approved by the Court, that Glenn Petsch, County Attorney, be allowed X10.00 out of
General Fund, for representing Burl Miears, a delinquent, in District Court.

N0. 6890 APPROVAL OF CLAIP+IS AND ACCOUNTS
- This the 12th day of January 1955, came on to be examined by the Court additional claims
- accounts since January 10th, out of Road & Bridge #1, Road & Bridge #2 and General Fund. It
appearing to the Court that such. claims are true and correct and s:.ould be paid. Therefore,
by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court, that the
County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer on all
claims filed in like amounts therefor, payable out of the respective funds, to the parties
entitled thereto.
