Hertel and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Clerk be directed to issue vouch-
ers against the County Treasurer, for payment of monthly payroll, beginning January 26th, 1955,
payable out of their respective funds.

This the 14th day of January 1955, after motion by Guthrie, seconded by Hertel, and unani-
mously approved by the Court, that the application executed by Erwin Jung, Precinct No. 4, be
approved and contract entered into by and between the Commissioner Precinct No. 4 and afore-
mentioned party, as par contract on file, under Art. 2372c.

N0. 6895 ACCEPTANCE OF DEED FROR1 KERR COUNTY WAR MEMORIAL ASSOCIATION TO KERR COUNTY.
Pdotion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Co.'omissioner Powell, all members of the
Court and the County Judge being present, it was moved that Kerr County accept a deed to Lots
159, 160, 161 and 162 in J, D. Brown Addition to the City of Kerrville from Kerr County War
Memorial Association with the restriction that Kerr County will, within two years from date of
June 16, 1954, erect a public building on the property described, which is to be dedicated to
the honor of those who served the United Mates of America in all wars and further conditioned
that in the event such building is not erected, the property will revert to and vest in the Kerr
County War Memorial Association.
Motion carried but Co.~nmissioner Goff did not vote for or against the motion.

N0. 6896 COP1FIRh1ATI0N OF ORDER #6565, AUTHORIZING ARCHITECT TO PROCEED WITH WORKING DRAWINGS,
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR ERECTION OF AGRICULTURE AND LIVESTOCK EXHIBITION BUILDING.
It was moved by Commissioner Powell that Order #6565, dated the 28th day of April, 1954,
be confirmed as of this date, January 14, 1955; that the preliminary plans of the Architects,
Harvey P. Smith and Associates of San Antonio, Texas, by plan dated 4-22-54, on file for Agri-
culture and Livestock Exhibition Building be approved and authority given to authorize Harvey
P. Smith & Associates to proceed with working drawings, plans and specifications for the erec-
tion of the Agriculture and Livestock Exhibition Building as shown in preliminary plans, to be
erected upon Lots 159 through 162, Block 20, J. D. Brown Addition to the City of Kerrville.
