S, notes are now on deposit with the Frost National Bank covering County and State funds of Kerr County, Texas, and further that said Ches. Schreiner Bank desires to substitute Series A, 1955 U. S. Notes bearing 12°~ interest in the amount of X10,000.00, bearing Serial Number 45,440, with some Government Bonds or Municipal .-- Bonds, which said Note No. 45,440 covers County School Funds. A. Mosty Estate, a certain tract of land containing five cimately 1/2 mile from the eastern most city limits of the City of Kerrville and adjacent to the present right-of-way of the Southern Pacific Railroad, together with a road easement not less than 30 feet in width from said property to a presently existing Federal State and/or County roadway; said property to be purchased at a cost not to exceed the sum of ~500/u0 per acre, said property to be donated to the Texas National Guard Armory Board, providing that said Board will commence the construction of improvements on said pro party suitable for use of a unit of the Texas National Guard within two years of the date of said conveyance. Said purchase shall be made provided the State Attorney General or the County Attorney of this County shall approve the legality of such purchase for the purpose hereinabove stated and subject to the approval of the title of said tract, by the properly designated attorney for ~-- this County.
