D. 1955, came on to be considered by the Court the matter of increasing the pay for jury commission and jury service for the County and District Co arts to X5.00 per day, and pay for meals when held over at night on felony cases, as passed by the 53rd Legislature. Wherefore, the Court is of the opinion that such services should be increas- ed to X5.00. D. 1955, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of purchase of Right of Way Prom Otto Schwethelm for Highway No. 16, and moving of fence and building of two cattle guards, and after due consideration by the Court, it is order- ed that the County pay Otto Schwethelm the sum oP X1945.00 out of Highway No. 16 Fund for Right of Way for Highway No. 16 and moving of the fence and County to build two cattle guards and take up the posts, Pt1r. It appearing t o the Court that said officer is entitled to funds as set out therein an3 that he should be allowed the sum of X500.00, payable to the County Clerk Fund.
