~..._~- N0. 6954. ORDER AUTHORIZING KERB COUATTY ~ INVEST FUNDS IN TIME DEPOSITS. On this the 15th day of March, A. D. 1955, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of investing the sum of X4000.00 belonging to Kerr County, which said sum is now in the Agricultural Livestock Building Sinking Fund, and which said sum can be invested in Time Deposits at the Chas. Schreiner Bank, at a rate of interest now being paid by said Chas. Schreiner Bank on time deposits. Therefore on motion of Goff, seconded by Guthrie, unanimously approved by the Court at the sum oP X4000.00 of the Agricultural Livestock Building Sinking Funds of Kerr County be invested in 'Dime Deposits at the Chas. This the 15th day of March, A: D. 1955, came on to be considered by the Court, the monthly re- port of deposits and co llections of Albert „ilson, Public ,'7eigher of Kerr County precinct No. 1, showing an aggregate of X115.53 collected for the month of February 1955, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved; that the City of Kerr- .- villa should be reimbursed for one-half of the over collection of 15.53, which would be Tat the sum of $7.76 due the City of Kerrville, out of General Fund.
