~~-~ of Kerr County, Texas, said point being 450 feet S. 45° W. from the east corner of said Decker tract and said beginning point being the east corner of the herein described tract; Thence N. 45° W. 150 feet to a point in the Southeast line of what is known as the upper Oak Park Road for the North corner of the herein described tract; Thence S. 45° W. 300 feet with the Southeast line of said upper Oak Park Road to a point for the West corner of the herein described tract; Thence S. 45° E. 150 feet to a point in the Southeast line of the above mentioned Decker tract Łor the South corner of the herein described tract said point being in the dividing line betvaeen the Meeker tract and said above mentioned Decker tract; Thence N. 45° E. with said dividing line 300 feet to the place of beginning. Containing 1.03 acre of land more or less all in Survey No. 113 in the name of Samuel 'Nallace, Kerr County, Texas; That the purchase price of this land shall not exceed X2500.00 for both tracts of land; that such purchase price is fair and reasonable; such property to be conveyed or sold at any price regardless as to the amount to the Texas N^tional Guard Armory Board and the deed of conveyance contain a restriction and reversionary clause that the property will be used by the Texas National Guard Armory Board as an Armory and construction will begin on such property within a period of two years from the date of said conveyance=of a suitable building to be used as an Armory. Furthe~,that in the event the hereinbefore described property should revert to Kerr County, Texas, then and in that event said property shall be re-conveyed to the said E. E. Meeker and John E. Decker, Jr., upon re-payment of the purchase price hereinbefore mentioned. Conveyance to Kerr County, Texas, to be subject to approval of title thereto by an attorney for Kerr County, Texas. The question called, and the motion unanimously carried and adopted. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o No. 6977. ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF J. W. DOLLY FOR RE-BINDING BOORS. On this the 1st day of April, A. D. 1955, came on to be heard and considered the bid of J. W. Dolly for re-binding books in the County Surveyor's Office, and it appearing to the Court that the Bid of J. 'il. Dolly was the only bid offered to the Court and that same is in proper order and that the same should be accepted by the Court. It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said J. uV.
