duly made by Powell seconded by Guthrie, end unanimously approved by the Court, that said
report be approved, and that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the fee of
$92.00 to Judge Virgil L. Storms, to-wit; $92,00 out of the General Fund, for 23 oases.

Court, and ordered filed for future reference.

terly report of R. V. Nichols, County Clerk, of all fines, imposed, 3udgments rendered and
Jury Fees collected in the County for the quarter ending March 31st, 1955, showing an aggregate
of 319.00 collected and 3eposited by him with the County Treasurer of Kerr County, Texas, and
it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved; there-
fo~e, by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the
Court.

Goff and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Clerk and County Treasurer be, and
are hereby directed to apportion the following amounts out of Road and Bridge Fund, to the
respective Commissioners` Precincts, to-wit:

Fund to the General Fund.
