the month of i6aroh, 1955, of Criminal Cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury fees
collected showing a sum of ~2I0.70 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling
him to a fee of $92.00, and it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and
that se id officer ie entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore, by motion
duly made by Powell seconded by Guthrie, and unanimouslyy approved by the Court, that said
report be approved, and that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the tee of

This the 12th day of April, A. D. 1955, came on to be examined by the Court, the monthly
report of Richard Blume, Associate County Agent, covering his activities for the month of March,
1955. It appearing to the Co urt that said report is true and correct, and should be approved;
therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the
Court, and ordered filed for f uture reference.

This the 12th day of April, A. D. 1955, came on to be conisdered by the Court, the quar-
terly report of R. V. Nichols, County Clerk, of all fines, imposed, judgments rendered and
Jury Fees collected in the County for the quarter ending March 31st, 1955, showing an aggregate
of 319.00 collected and deposited by him with the County TreasurŪr of Kerr County, Texas, and
it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and should be approved; there-
fo°e, by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the
Court

are hereby directed to apportion the follovaing amounts out of Road and Bridge Fund, to the
respective Commissioners' Precincts, to-wit:
