therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Guthrie and unanimously approved by the
Court, and ordered filed for future reference.

terly report of R. V. Nichols, County Clerk, of all fines,imposed, judgments rendered and
Jury Fees collected in the County for the quarter ending March 31st, 1955, showing an aggregate
of 319.00 collected and deposited by him with the County Treasurer of Kerr County, Texas, and
it appearing to the Court that said report is true and correct and shou'~d be approved; there-
foie, by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the
Court

are hereby directed to apportion the following amounts out of Road and Bridge Fund, to the
respective Commissioners' Precincts, to-wit:
